I enjoyed it so much, and was very happy I then put said invitation in the nifty pocket of my Molly Mormon organizational calendar, in the December pocket. This week I got my new calendar for 2009,( since I am soooooo organized and all, you know!) and I opened it up and turned to the February page, so I could make a note about your party. I removed the invitation from December and decided to read it again, since I enjoyed it so much. Well, guess what I found? I found that people who are so organized and efficient that they rush through a very entertaining letter from an "old" friend (no pun intended) might just be missing out on some pretty important things! Like requests for a response!!

So, this is my belated response. I would love to come help you celebrate your birthday Elizabeth. I have also been working on some goals, however I cheated a little, since I started working on these in August of 2008. Here they are, and you can feel free to encourage all you want.
Stop eating like I am trying to carry my own personal years supply around with me. Actual goal is to bring my BMI (body mass index) down to a healthy number. This translates as eating healthier and exercising more regularly and effectively. Decrease body fat and increase muscle, which purpose either Mother Nature or Father Time has been reversing for some time now.

So far, I am very happy with my results, having lost enough weight to require that I finally buy a new pair of pants because ALL of mine were too big. I am also making progress in the muscle department. I have more energy, and am better able to play with and keep up with my grandson, Noah.
I hope your goals are going well too, Liz. Are you going to play some of those songs for us at your party? I can't wait. See you then, Love, LanaLanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09185287411808230102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2827935998948712129.post-64525243964271355622008-12-01T19:32:00.000-08:002008-12-01T19:32:00.000-08:00I finally had time to read your blog after my busy...I finally had time to read your blog after my busy day of accomplishing everything on Molly's list. It is so true, that's how Heavenly Father made us, like pieces of a beautiful puzzle, and when we stop trying to compete with each other or stop feeling like failures, we could just enjoy each other's gifts and talents the real growth could begin.
Thank you.The Haggartonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01801879568020620230noreply@blogger.com
